Honestly I understand the whole 'fairness' thing and how regardless of what the rules say, games should be fair.
Edit: Rules are supposed to be there to define boundaries. No exceptions to rules. If I had 100-200 ping, they would've just told me to fucking deal with it, and flashed the rules at me as they have in the past.

Valve should just release an Offensive Sticky Launcher with all of the opposite effects of the current Sticky Launcher. The longer the sticky is sitting there, the less damage it will do.
