I like to play soldier because expectations are lower because all the other classes are way more impactful.
Like no one will blink an eye if a scout consistently hits 2 or 3 meatshots a fight but if u hit 1 airshot after like 15 bombs ur a god.

The whitelist doesn't really address any issues.
Hitscan classes in general still have the ability to completely deny ball movement by shooting the ball out of the air.
6s offclasses still have the ability to turtle and make the game boring and unfun.
