Played with him in a couple of tryouts. He has good dm, but what stood out the most was his ability to main call. He actually talks unlike some of the pockets I've seen.
Great pickup especially for maincalling.

What interp is the best?

hanbrolosorry for the bump, but this feels relevant enough to warrant one but not enough to make a new thread.
does changing interp cause tf2 to freeze?
more specifically, should i have a script so my shotgun uses 0.033 and my rocket launcher has 0.0152? right now it's just in my soldier.cfg, so my shotty has cl_interp 0.0152 as well, which wrecks my shotty aim. it would be easy to add into my already existing crosshair switching script, just need to know if/how it will affect my gameplay negatively. gracias.
bind 1 "slot1; r_drawviewmodel 1; cl_interp 0.0152"
bind 2 "slot2; r_drawviewmodel 0; cl_interp 0.0334"
bind 3 "slot3; r_drawviewmodel 1; cl_interp 0.0334"
That's what is in my soldier.cfg file. I'm not sure what interp does to melee, but I assume it would be like hitscan.
No freezes for me, and I (obviously) hit every shot (heh).

I hear people usually just bind scroll wheel to jump to make it easier in cs. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work in tf2.

Random FPS drops recently

TviQi had the same problem and i did this:
Reinstalled // didnt help still kept happening
Removed all the hats in the game.. and that fixed it apperntly i am not getting any more random drops
I also updated to the latest nvidia drivers (i got a 680) and im able to play dx9 with this(this might also fix the problem not sure).
I have had loads of fps problems lately with the updates and shit and i got a really good pc, and removing all the hats gave it all back :D
I have a 660ti, 120hz monitor, run at a good 900fps in jump servers of which I play regularly.
I have been experiencing the issue where it feels like 20fps but still shows a great fps on netgraph. I tried different cfgs, dxlevels, nearly everything.
So having a good computer isn't what this particular problem is about.
I will never give up seeing my unusual for performance though xD
