How did you guys got introduced to comp tf2?

Played hockey with 4lphalfa who had heard about comp tf2, he talked me into playing a 6s class since he didnt think we'd be able to find 9 friends to make a team with. Two of my friends pussied out of comp, so we found 2 people off UGC forums (Hi Fatswimdude) and made an Iron team.
So fuck you 4lphalfa for taking me from 200 hours in tf2 to a couple thousand in just over 2 years.I had a life before you!!!
