Rocket trails and particle removal is mostly non functional. Things like reduced rocket trails and medibeams etc do not work. Any particle mod that functions without adapting a custom pcf file should work like normal.

I think I talked about adding AMD lod bias tweaks and I have indeed gotten it to work, the workaround includes a change to the registry. Nvidia tweaks seems to have gotten well deserved attention in another recent post: http://www.teamfortress.tv/35876/get-quake-like-textures-high-lod-bias-again

MightyWhere can I get back the DX8 Notrails? It doesn't seem to be in there anymore.
EDIT: I renamed the DX9 one and it works, but it doesn't work on sv_pure 2. Is the effect of the rocket trails being slightly smaller supposed to be the 'sv_pure 2'?

I'm very sorry about any troubles that have occured as of late. College has kept me busy these past two months. In spite of this, you can expect another update by the end of this week.

Chris has already laid out the groundwork for a good medic config, remember that while many of these scripts are mine, many are either NOT or only PARTIALLY mine.

Knuckles_bind key "record lol;stop" works.

source can start and stop a recording within that time-frame? I had no idea. Also, the Delete button refreshes certain commands and reloads the hud

#1 Danpixed's Script Compilation in Customization

This is my best attempt at an all class script compilation. Some of the more interesting scripts can be found in the medic and spy cfg's (Ubertimer and spy full aim audio cues). This config will only work for 5+ button mouses, and moves most all binds to the mouse (frees up wasd for better movement). Credit to Stabby for his ancient post mentioning audio silence as a timer.

CONTAINS R4NDOM'S CONFIG
CONTAINS ADVERTISEMENT PROTECTION
> Create an empty file in your tf directory named textwindow_temp.html and make it read-only (this prevents the motd from being saved & loaded)
> Add '127.0.0.1 motd.pinion.gg' to your hosts file. This prevents a well known motd advertising network to load)

Combat Scout:
mouse1 - fire scattergun
mouse2 - fire pistol
mouse4 - swing melee
key2 - enables special scout

Special Scout: (Use with sandman etc)
mouse1 - fire scattergun
mouse2 - hit baseball
mouse3 - swing melee
mouse4 - pistol/drink/cleaver
key1 - enables combat scout

Combat Soldier:
mouse1 - fire rocket
mouse2 - fire shotgun

shift - duck, toggles "activate charge!" for e when pressed. otherwise call for medic

It does if you have a very weak GPU. Viewport scaling was a necessity back when I was using HP Pavilions default card.

you've got a very weak graphics card, this would cause an effect similar to input latency. I suggest changing these values in the config.

mat_viewportscale 0.5
mat_viewportupscale 1

make sure to step down your resolution beforehand (not sure why everyone is talking about cpu's, Seiter's cpu is much faster than mine)

pixelmindokay so choose the big white circle option, then ingame choose any crosshair you like from options<multiplayer
it overlaps. i have a similar one

It helps to set its opacity low, works great with small crosshairs

Valve left out some files in the white-list, they were apparently deemed harmless and were ignored by the devs. Many files in the scripts folder (surface properties and particles chosen for explosions) are open for modification and can be used in sv_pure
