#98 Serpents qualifies for DreamHack Summer in News
SetletbfaalizeeWhen i used to play with my former div6 team back in S8 where the level was much higher,
The game was much different back then so it's really hard to say that the skill level back then was much higher. Old Dignitas or idk? (epsilon) wouldn't stand a chance against the 2 gunboats roamer and pocketscout meta I think, however it's very hard to test.

I know the meta has evolved in some way and idk, i always felt the dm skill from each player is better nowadays but there is no way you can compare the team work that it was put back then (especially having maps like gravelpit, you have suffered it as much as I did)

but yeah, i would genuinely agree with you, really hard to measure.

When i used to play with my former div6 team back in S8 where the level was much higher, we would still turn up for these kind of cups (there was a spanish cup and in the second round we got a d2 team called k0 you might remember)

we got rekt obviously but we also got pretty excited because we won 1 round out of the 2 maps, i know it's not that good, but for our level, especially being d6 winning a round against d2 team made us pretty confident lol.

But then there are some problems in some of these cups where the prem/high team would throw shit to the open team because they are bad or would start offclassing playing engineer, heavy etc, and that is one of the problems that should be fixed.

EDIT: Also when I was making my team with some high players (Josh, beater and myself) we would scrim against prem/high d1 teams even though none of us had official experience beyond d2.

PD: Anyway, I'm pretty excited to come back and form a team in order to play cups every weekend even if it's not my own ETF2L team.

Peace

That's what you get for getting rekt by Besaid Aurochs, Bickson is not pleased.
The name is now mine to take.

#34 Thoughts on Overwatch? in Other Games
mToastermfw people say overwatch is going to kill tf2
its not keeping the masses from playing tf2 but its definitely taking a lot of the top talent

That same talent that after claiming several times that brink (and then shootmania) would kill tf2 came back when they realized said games had no future EleGiggle

smziAight i actually wasted my time and read through my last posts i wrote and out of like 10 posts i called out a player once (adysky i hope you can take banter)
I am sure you will spend your evening now finding loads comments to prove me wrong, i still do not get how it affects you in any way though since i never called you out whatsoever.
Anways if you have further issues with me or my personality feel free to add me on steam and i will listen to your hurting soul

Well, I actually care about other people (even if I don't know them) that's why it kinda affects me in a certain way. Besides, I never said you called me out, idk where you got that from. Now end of OT. Have a good day

smzibfaalizeeadyskyim sorry im not germ an i apologize for my ego please forgive me, im just europeean
fixed.
You need to localize terms so certain people can understand you

Since this is not the first time you are desperately trying to fire shots in my direction on online forums i do wonder where is your hate towards germans/ my person coming from i really do not recall ever dealing with you

i don't hate germans. I just don't like that after winning DHQ #2 you imply with every single post you wrote ever since, that the players participating are not as good as you and don't deserve certain opportunities when they have been working hard on improving every season (having this post and DHQ#2 one as evidence). That's why at my eyes, you seem to have a huge ego.

#24 Granada Gaming 2016 [EUROPEAN LAN] in LAN Discussion

took the time to add some people that showed interest in this thread to the google document that I created. We got 24 people by now (potentially 30 if top5rocket would like to attend) so it's looking pretty good.

Just a reminder: PC's are actually available (if our game is confirmed to be played at LAN) exclusively for official matches, these pc's are good enough to run tf2 (didnt get the specs yet) as games such as LoL, CS:GO and COD Black Ops 3 were played on lan last year. But I'm trying to get us pc rentals for the whole weekend.

Will keep you guys updated whenever I know something.

EDIT: For some reason I messed up the dates and I was checking the weekends from November instead of December, but the event would take place the second or the third weekend from December (leaving only two possible options: 9-10-11th or 16-17-18th)

My apologies

MarterthantheaveragebearI'm up for casting/playing.

Would there be PC's available for casters/streamers? Also of suitable quality for streamer?

Also, are there spectator tickets available and how much?

i remember the LoL Tournament being casted last year, so it shouldn't be an issue.
The event has yet to be announced, but i expect it being around 9-10 euros.

I asked about the pc specs in the e-mail I sent them, so I'm hoping to get an answer soon.
