i also agree with gemm, there is no good reasons to remove those ledges, it just removes some interesting movement options, those spots werent anywhere near op

valve dropping a major update 1 day before an event probably would have fucked it up more than it wouldve helped it tbh

i feel like the format doesnt really make sense to have groups first day for invite if all 4 play each other in playoffs anyway (group stage seeding will make very little difference) with no open teams even mixed with them because the openers start in lower bracket

i think they recently made it so if you get an unreasonable amount of frags you automatically go to overwatch

this game has been out 10 years and the biggest factors stopping it from being competitive are still valves fault, while the community has tried harder than any other and launched so many initiatives and projects to try and gain players. its been 10 years and we still have to

1) ban weapons because someone thinks its a good idea for the sentry to get triple health or scout to go invincible with ignorable/no downsides
2) mutilate our games graphics to even get them to run at a standard framerate
3) use third party sites to get an experience remotely near to "competitive"
