Ok maybe this will shine some light on things

PugChamp admins have a policy where each repeated offense lands a larger punishment, and it scales up fairly fast because people tire quickly of idiots.

Mason had one past ban, related to killing a pug because he didn't want to play med. So this is his first offclassing ban.

Yight has had fourteen (14) previous admin administered bans before this one, and at least 5 of which had to do with off classing and trolling in pugs. The rest are related to bad captaining practices.

5 bans related to griefing and offclassing in pugs will probably look something like so: (from the rules page down in the penalty section listing cooldown lengths.) You can think of those as a reference.
1. 15 minutes or so
2. an hour or so
3. heftier hour count
4. a day or so
5. a week

sometimes admins are nice and add smaller intermediate steps of time increases.

This is your sixth ban so honestly you're already ahead. Try to keep your offclasses within a reasonable time frame.
