like the title im changing the fgcolor, saving, doing hud_reloadscheme and nothing happens. the crosshairs stay black.
what can i do?

look for the command "enable "1"" in the file where you're messing around with the crosshairs.
if enable one is set to 0, it'll stay the color black.
