Demo problem after update

Today I watched my first demo after the update and all demos seem to be a bit broken,regardless if they were recorded before or after the update.
In all of them the lighting looks weird, a bit too bright and all character models are skating instead of walking.

Is there a way to fix this or does anyone else have this problem?
