I've played with matches a bit and she is definitely a great scout. She has good dm which is always nice and a good sense of what she should be doing pretty much all the time. From what I've seen, she's really committed to improving on her gameplay so I strongly recommend any team to pick her up because she will definitely be a benefit. Not to mention she's also a pretty cool gamer so you should be able to get along pretty well.

I've encountered Matches only in mixes, but she'd definitely frag lowpen. She's also been really chill and a good commer. Seems like a really solid bet for an improving team!
