Need help from someone who knows with scripts cfgs

So I have this

It's stabby's script change (removed color of crosshair), and i wanna make it if its possible to use scrollwheel to get to diguise kit as I could before the script (not possilbe to use scrollwheel for diguise kit as slot4 with this script) but i cant find it anywhere on google and im i dont really know how to make that script edit
