I'd like to buy quality mechanical keyboard. And I dont know which I should buy. I dont want to waste money for junk.

then decide what you want based on cost/reputation/looks etc
a few brands with typically rly good build quality are cm, ducky, leopold, filco and corsair.

This, and look up tons of reviews on many products. WAR has even done a few mechanical keyboard reviews so I'd recommend him for the few items that he's reviewed. Then go onto pretty much any reputable and continue watching reviews of products. You're going to want something that's going to last you a decent while, so do plenty of research. I also do think there's a keyboard thread somewhere so just a simple search can get you what you're looking for pretty handily
