I just installed windows 10 today
And now, whatever resolution I use (except 1920x1080), there will be some black bars at both top and bottom of my screen, so the resolution isn't totally stretched to the screen.

Yes, I do have full screen enabled in both console and options...

Help please :)

if you have an nvidia card, hit that fullscreen scaling mode

idk how to stretch it but since you have a native resolution of 1920x1080 everything else will be black bars unless you stretch it
