wierd cpu temps

I am currently seeing some weird temps on computer, the cores itself seem to be chilly but openharwaremonitor is telling me that my cpu temp #4 and #5 are over 110 degrees Celsius???? (what are cpu temp 4 and 5???) I have not experienced any thermal throttling or performance issues but I'm concerned whether my cpu is being hurt or not. I am currently using a MSI H81m-P33 motherboard with a Hyper T4 cooler to overclock the pentium G3258 to 4.2ghz.

First try replacing your thermal paste. I would use artic silver. Also blow all the dust out of your computer using an aircompresser or canned air.
Also double cheak your temsp with something like aida64.

How long has this been happening? Has it started recently? Has it always been like this ever since you put together your computer?

Thats the first thing I was gonna do, no dust very new.

Built about 2 weeks ago, not sure how long this has been going on but I do know even with an overclock my average temp from bios never reached above 38 degrees c

Definitely check to see what's up. CPU-Z is great for basic hardware monitoring and real temp will do a good job measuring core temperatures. You should also (if using an Intel chip) use intels cpu validation tool. I would make sure you also seated your CPU cooler properly to the top of the die.

everything looks good on cpu-z and realtemp maybe openhardwaremonitor is just a janky program

It's just the program not scaling the reading correctly, you can ignore them. (The thermal protection on the CPU shuts down the system before it gets to that temperature). Additionally all the cores should be relatively close together in temperature.
