Christmas is just around the corner and i want to treat myself to a Tablet PC this year and i need your help choosing one.
If you have any recommendations or want to share some experience about your Tablets i would appreciate it if you can post below.
My budget is max. 200 Euros/ roughly 220 $
Main use is for work and university so a good battery service life and support of utility programms is a must aswell.

Thanks for your help

what do you mean for work/university? is it just to read documents, email, and browse internet? the most notable tablets that aren't gimmicky (and small) are well over $220

i used to have a dell venue 8 pro, and a windows tablet is kinda neat in the sense that i actually was able to do work on it for about a whole year (microsoft office, mathematica, mostly) but at some point i began to feel that it was just becoming gimmicky (the bluetooth keyboard that i had with it was silly and extremely small) and specifically navigating windows (it ran full windows 8.1) by touchscreen was just annoying. i have since replaced it with a chromebook which has been excellent to me so far.

if you think the windows tablet can work for you then my only advice is to get one thats at least 10 inches (lol) e.g. something from the asus transformer series?

if you're not looking for a 2-in-1 however, do not get a windows tablet. the 2013 nexus 7 is well within budget and notably runs stock android but its a little small. i have zero experience with apple products but a quick look at the ipad minis on amazon shows a couple that are barely over $220
