Charlie tried out with our team a bunch and overall we really enjoyed him. He made it to the last few potential tryouts before we made our choice, and we're pretty picky. He's really solid, has tons of great experience and deserves high open at the very least. He could maybe comm/call a bit more (though to be fair we have a lot of talkers and we smother new people out) and overall just stay positive, Charlie. Don't get down on yourself, you're good :]
