Currently looking to fill out a roster for open next season and I'm looking for players that are willing to play a generally more aggressive play style among other things.

Current Roster:
Scout: mylo
Scout:-
Demo: -
Pocket: man_animal
Roamer: Krocket
Medic: scratchy

What I look for during a tryout:
- If they were vocal about the right things
- If they played well with the team and didn't play solo
- If their stats met the basic requirements for playing in open
- If they seemed like they fit well into our mumble atmosphere and seemed like someone who would stick around
- If they seemed like someone who could quickly be positively effected by good or bad criticism
- If they seemed confident in their own ability and understood the importance of teamwork

I know its hard to get all of that out of a tryout but if I think you're exhibiting the right stuff I'll be sure to bring you in for a few more. And if you consider it difficult to meet even one of these requirements don't bother reading any further because its a waste of time for both of us.

What we offer as a team:
- Positive and Professional mumble environment (half of us will be majorly focusing on csgo this season and won't have the patience to continuously make stupid mistakes so we will be working fast to improve as a team)
- Desire to learn, grow quickly, and win
- Experienced and Knowledgeable players
- Plenty of time to help each other with demos and map reviews
- We are all friends and want to expand our friend group, we love to play other games such as CSGO and Dota 2. Being a part of our team means more than just showing up to practice and matches
- We know how to have fun and we know when shit needs to be taken seriously or addressed
- We don't mind a little bit of anger here and there as long as it's about the right stuff
- We understand that we are in open and we have a lot to learn

If all of this sounds good to you just add me and we can discuss a tryout and once again please don't waste our time if you honestly don't feel as if you would be a good fit based on the post.

As a side note if you feel you are confident enough to play pocket (and most likely main calling) on an aggressive team that you don't know anyone on let me know.

These guys are cool, lots of fun to hang with in mumble, and they're all pretty good at this game. Some of them are a bit new to 6s, but they're all chill and dedicated to getting better. They'll probably start out low-mid open, but if they get a consistent roster and have a chance to work on some team stuff, they can easily be mid-high open, probably playoffs too.

Mylo will trash kids, man_animal will do a ton of damage, and scratchy is gonna stay alive well. (I don't really know krocket otherwise I'd say something about how good he is too)

All I mean is that we can take tf2 on a map-by-map basis each week and csgo we can't (because we don't have as much experience), so ideally we'd like to have to practice tf2 as little as possible but if we need to play more we will.
