My razer deathadder chroma synapes has something called configure sensitivity stages.Its set to 5 right now but what is it?

its like, if you have a button to toggle between different dpi's that you want to use

I did a 10 second google search and found out it's a way to re-assign mouse keys to set specific dpi values.
