I think that a spam section would actually improve the forums a lot because people in this community tend to be pretty protective of their reputation. It makes people wanna actually try when they post, which is good but it also takes some of the fun out of a video game forum. I think that the reason why people make such a big deal out of shitposting is because team based games are social and there always has to be the retards of the community. If you post something retarded you will get 50 -frags and your looking thread will get shit on too. In contrast, people on other forums tend to just ignore it and move on.
