Some hardware questions

I just got a dual monitor setup and changed a lot of my setup, so I need some help.

I have headphones with very long and very coiled wires. Is there an easy way to straighten the wires out? If not, what wireless headphones would you recommend?

Is there a cord that can change A/V cables (red, white, yellow) to a vga cable? I need it to plug my other systems into my monitor.

Also, I have two different types of monitors, but I'm pretty sure they're the same ratio (1920x1080), However, one of the monitors always has a black border around it. If I try changing the first monitor to become the main monitor, then the second one has that problem. I went into screen resolution in windows 7 and both of them are using the highest possible resolution (1920x1080 again).

If anybody has any answers to these questions, I would be grateful.

1. Twist ties are good for this. I like to keep some extra sitting in a drawer for stuff like that.
2. http://www.amazon.com/Etekcity%C2%AE-S-video-Computer-Converter-Adapters/dp/B00D7HMS7G/ this for the video and http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-MUMFRCA-Stereo-Audio-Cable/dp/B000A88L9E/ this for audio.
3. check your video card's control panel, might work if you change it through that.
