this shit was just so back and forth - what a great game, well played by both teams.
We Kings Now met up with Dango Daikazoku, also a 5-4 outcome.

We tried playing Granary aggressively, and it turns out you can't actually do that on this map :(
We Kings Now did a great job of taking advantage of that and took 4 quick rounds off of us. Grats to them on doing far better than I thought they would.

eh, you can play aggressively on this map but it is a little harder cause of the close quarters and so many chokes.

Damn that match against dango was so good. Even if we lost I loved playing you guys gg. scouts caught me slipping at mid for the 3 round turnaround.

Reilly you do realize we we're losing until we started to go aggressive bottom right ?
Anyways good games to King's Crew and my good pal GrieVe.

I'm not talking about mids testify. I'm talking about playing stupid, where we tried pushing off small advantages.

Granary is the simplest map to do this on
Everyone's dm is predictably consistent and it lets you calculate risks and lets you push all your cards to where you can get out on the skin of your teeth.
Granary is all about moving the heals really quickly and forcing fights in places your opponent wasn't expecting them. For example, show a lot of presence on the right side of yard into 2 and then quickly switch heals and aggression over to the garage where players are less likely to have buffs considering recent engagements between demos/pockets on the other side of the hold.
Granary can easily reveal an inexperienced or disorganized combo. The slower or less coordinated your heals and pocket are the less easy of a time you're going to have breaking into a team's holds.
Unlike maps like badlands or snakewater where a scout or roamer can move a lot easier within the territory of another team's hold, granary is unforgiving to anyone who gets caught out of position because of what I said before about everyone's dm being guaranteed. Dodging rockets is nearly impossible versus a soldier of equal caliber of your own movement.
