My GTX 260 likes to over heat. Help me find a decent graphics card that runs cool and has decent performance. I'm willing to spend around 2-250$

Wouldn't overclocking counter the purpose of having a cooler card? Or does it still run pretty cool overclocked?

screw the 7870/7850. a 7950 is the same price as the 660, u can findem both for 300 bucks. But the 7950 is far better.
