rahThread: Add Discords tab to tftv

Ik this site is quite old but is there a way to add a new tab, similiar to the 'Servers' tab, that has all the league and pug discords? The league ones will be static, and cyg currently is noting down all the current active and idle pug discords in his seperate excel spreadsheet.
