ESEA Client Hanging Idle

So I was supposed to play my first ESEA match tonight, and my team is playing 5v6 as I type this.

My ESEA client is sitting in my active processes, but I have no active GUI with which to log in and connect.

I've reinstalled the client multiple times, I've uninstalled my antivirus program, and I've obviously run it as administrator. I'm pretty much mad as fuck. I put in a support ticket and I think I might poop a little.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had this issue before? Shit won't launch, yo.

I sometimes have to click on it multiple times, and then the client will finally start when it realizes that I've got multiple instances of it running - then a little warning will pop up asking if I want to close the original instance, at which point I say no, and the client functions normally.
