what do you put in your smoothies?

i like the thicker creamier smoothies so mango is a favorite

also great option for adding to that consistency is to mix in greek yogurt, plain or flavored is good either way. we like to keep a big tub of plain greek yogurt along with the fruit flavored cups that usually just get mixed with cereal

if you recently cut up a watermelon and have the juice saved that's a good way to add liquid to achievea lighter thickness if you want, but also just tastes good

kefir (liquid yogurt)
cinnamon (NOT brown sugar)

for my fellow genetically inferior (i.e. allergic to nuts) individuals sunbutter is a good alternative to peanut butter

If you're bulking i've found seeds (that you don't need to shell) and oats are pretty ez calories, but quickly you can kinda enter despair territory. In moderation though it's like adding kale/spinach in that it doesn't affect the taste much. However it does affect the texture, good or bad depending on your personal preference.

I had a mocha peanut butter smoothie from the place I work at a couple days ago with peanut butter cold brew vanilla protein powder cashew milk cocoa and agave nectar
