looks like an anti-aliasing issue, you could try turning the mip-map quality slider way down. what are your tf2 settings?

that's a mipmap blend issue and it's probably going to happen if you've disabled texture filtering. that's why texture filtering exists in the first place.

yttrium it's probably going to happen if you've disabled texture filtering. that's why texture filtering exists in the first place.

He sort of just told you. You've disabled texture filtering. Don't.
