Black props when viewing demos

I've been reviewing my demos to make a video and in those demos, some props are simply pitch black. things like the log in snakewater, rocks in a bunch of maps, etc... I would take a screenshot but i found one in google just like it

anyone has any idea what is causing this?

iirc, it had something to do with sv_cheats 1, try sv_cheats 0 before you load the demo.

yes remove sv_cheats 1 from your autoexec, it should say in console something like "cant use command on sv_cheats 0" that command makes the props black

same thing happened for me :/ i just watch my demos with lawena now because that fixes it
