afaik it isn't. Valve is pushing the idea of everyone's game looking pretty much the same, which is why there is a much smaller difference between highest and lowest settings than in TF2 for example and there are also no real fps cofings, as setting everything to the lowest in the options menu is the lowest graphics you can really get.

You should be able to use the TF2 settings in Nvidia Inspector on the CS:GO profile.
However when it works, it makes smokes transparent. I don't think Valve VAC bans for it (since they don't for TF2), but ESEA will.

I don't think this works anymore, iirc it was patched awhile back.
Although it'd be pretty great to have flat textures for cs as they make my eyes hurt less!

if you want lod bias to stay on 15 in csgo you have to make nvidia's game profile file read only, simply set lod bias to 15 (or your desired value), head to C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs and make everything in there read only, at least this worked for me when i tried to make it work, however there's few issues, one on them being that every weapon that has skin will be completly black which looks terrible, and i believe it's bannable in ESEA.

Not only that, but I think both terrorist and ct's turn brown like they were made of mud last time I put lod bias to 15 with cs go.

Mine used to work entirely, I also managed to get fov to about 150 thru resolution changing. ever since one of the updates it stopped all of my nonsense though and made it so I couldnt connect to servers with the sketchy config.
