the bios flashback function can be a little finicky, follow this tutorial and double check everything, make sure everything is right, check that you're plugging it into to the correct USB port and also make sure your USB is formatted to FAT32 or even try multiple flash drives

best wireless earbuds?

I can attest to the Sony WF-1000XM4, i've had them for a few months and they're a banger, the ANC is insane, great battery life and good audio quality, however i've heard some people having comfort issues with them due to the foam ear tips, but i haven't had any problems with comfort personally, the only thing i don't like is the lack of multipoint, but apparently there should be a firmware update coming in a few weeks/months to remedy that.

while Yahud old and m0rehud hypnotize are my current gotos. In the past i used to absolutely love yahud cmyk, there's just something about how the cyan, magenta and yellow are incorporated into every part of the hud, from team colors, to low/buff health and damage numbers that makes it look so damn clean.

How has upgrading from 60hz to 144hz effected you?

i remember when i got my new pc + 144hz monitor for the first few weeks it felt like playing a completely different game.
as for mechanics, i don't think you get that much better, maybe a slight improvement to your consistency but i don't think it drastically changes how you perform.
