I only know him as a roamer, but he's definitely good at that. Deserves a high open team for sure, could probably play in IM on soldier without too much trouble.

He's no worse than any of the other soldiers that I saw in the lower half of IM last season. His soldier play is certainly IM-level now - but I have no idea how good he is at scout.
He's also an adorable sweetheart that will drive you to a diner for pancakes as 4 AM. :)
