Looking to make our jump into Open (via CEVO), but we need a Demoman!

This team has been in a slow evolution for about 4 seasons, but we've finally got 5 people on board that are in it for the long-haul, so we just need a 6th. Your current skill level is less important than your personality, punctuality and commitment to improvement.

We are currently holding tryouts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30pm PST. This is also our general schedule throughout the coming season (of course matches vary out of necessity, but this is our basic template). I release weekly schedules on Sunday afternoons, since all of us have other responsibilities that keep us away from the whole, "HEY GUYS WE HAVE A SCRIM IN 30 MINUTES THAT I LITERALLY JUST SCHEDULED"-thing.

Are you in college, have a full time job, or have family responsibilities that have kept you from being able to join other Open teams due to the type of scheduling I mentioned above? I'm looking for YOU. I like busy people, since busy people actually know how to follow a schedule and get things done.

If the schedule I mentioned above works for you, and you feel like you fit our description of what we'd like in a new teammate, feel free to add me. Be ready to talk about yourself, and things other than TF2.

(Should clarify, if you're not a busy person, that's fine too if you've got what we're looking for in a teammate)

POSTING IS NOW CLOSED

PSYYYYCH!
We are looking for a Demoman again, our current demo just got a new work assignment and will be forced to miss the month of March.

Current team schedule:
Scrims- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 5:30pm PST.
Matches- Tuesday, Thursday at 7pm PST.

Add me and we'll talk!

From the perspective of the Demoman being replaced:

Literally the greatest group of guys I've ever played with. They all play together very well, and are super friendly. There's a lot of potential, and if they get a good Demo to stick around then they could do very well in CEVO.

Edit: Just remembered how difficult it is to play with cold hands

Still owe mana a drink, actually.

So basically, I'm a nice guy, but I'm bad at remembering to buy drinks for people.
