will there be placement tournaments/qualifiers? i remember they had that for cevo-p. also, this is something that esea refuses to do.

i think this has potential to provide incentive for teams to stay alive or to at least take the gamae more seriously. divisions should also be smaller so that we can maximize competition within each division.

pros and cons of qualfiiers for EACH division above open?
