TobbuudVouri himself said that he has this effect due to missing texturesthat could actually make sense. if you look at the demo 14 seconds into the video you can see a big missing texture on the overhealed demo. I might've confused it with the pack that has the big green overheal cross?
You'd need to find and delete those particular texture(s) from your game files, but it's possible you can get this effect too. Not sure if sv_pure cares about that

found a fix thanks to amp-t; apparently if you have any file explorer windows open it just breaks, so closing all file explorer windows fixed all my issues
every time i try and launch lawena, it says "failed to replace cfg files"
i did google it, and this (https://github.com/quanticc/lawena-recording-tool/issues/101) fix came up, but i tried it and it didnt seem to work
this is the error message those shows up in "Log" when i try launching:

nubbizhernhttps://youtu.be/1kXxWChFYn8Hud is arekk hud, he just made the hp, ammo and the damage font smaller, you can change the font size in: hud > resource > fonts.res, and just lower the tall of the font he uses for the hp, ammo and damage numbers.
