Yeah, dunno unfortunately, sorry. Happens to me often for no particular reason.
It also gets into the mood where it works for me on some streams and not others, then works on the former stream(s), then doesn't work on the latter ones. WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME TWITCH?!
FTR, I use chrome also.

downpourI really want a 3DS just to play the new pokemans, the new Monster Hunter(s) (4 released sometime next year PLEASE CAPCOM), and to play Golden Sun 3 and any of the Phoenix Wrights.
Maybe throw Lunar Knights in there as well.

Dunno if I would get Monster Hunter. Only time I'd get it is if I had consistent local co-op with a friend(s), since there is no online co-op till Monster Hunter 4 :[
If you have a PS3 and a PSP you can play MHFU online using a PS3 app called Ad-Hoc Party, or use XLink Kai through your PC
The idea is that I'm talking about 3DS and Monster hunter, not PSP you idiot.
