what's up with weapon switching? I use Q and it is "last weapon used" but now at every respawn I need to switch on my secondary so the command (or a game idunno) could recognize it, without that it does nothing, really disturbing

I'm from Russia, heard that game is still unavailable for couple of countries and Russia among them
thought maybe there's still a way to install it bypassing that error
