A info.vdf is a just a file that has text. You can usually find it C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\YOUR-HUD-NAME\info.vdf

Aphui_version to 2 but might wanna delete main menu files
is too edit the vdf to ui v1 to v2 (open with notepad)
