Hey I just moved to a new dorm for this year and I've been having massive ping issues where on entering the server/looking on the browser I have 20-50 but then around 10 seconds after joining it spikes to around 300-700 and stays that way. This happens at all hours even very late at night/early morning.

I'm not sure if it's just that the bandwith is shitty or someone is torrenting constantly or what's going on but if anyone knows what's up or can help me fix it I'd appreciate it.

after the update on the 27th (?) my average frames have gone down around 120 or more depending on the situation.
