Whenever I hold down ctrl, the game looks really choppy. It's very noticeable when rocket jumping. This happens on almost every server, including creating your own.

Does cevo tell each team who they're going to play against at the start of the season? Because I was going to say why not have it pick the next team to play based on your previous match results, like ugc does.
Are you doing this all by yourself? I think you need more people organizing this, 64 teams is a lot. The last guy couldn't handle 21 teams.

Maybe they're stutters, maybe it's just fps drops. Either way it's been happening to me and other people ever since the Halloween update.
