Wait, how do you have no weapon in your scouts hand?

I am a Mid to Low level player looking for a 6s or HL Team. I will play Soldier or Scout in 6s but in highlander I'll play pyro I'm hoping to find a team for my level and experience from playing Pugs and Mixes I'm really good at listening and I listen to calls very well and hoping this will make it better for me to find a team. I'm normally able to play every single day except Sundays. I'm hoping to play at a Mid level in 6s or HL, I have competitive experience from TF2Lobby and things like that and I wish to play Roamer Soldier, Scout and Pyro in a Mid level in 6s and HL aswell and I hope this will help me find a team. My schedule is kinda tight due to schooling so I'm only on till 10:30 during the week days like mon - thursday but friday to saturday I will be able to scrim but hopefully I'll be able to scrim whenever so scrimming could possibly strain my scrimming time but we'll see, I also have 3 months of ESEA time under my belt and hope that helps.
