How I'd balance Scout

Make it so soldiers and demos don't take 80 damage when their projectiles hit them and an enemy so we can punish Scouts at point blank without getting one-shot.

Tery_Banning Crossbow would be a good start if it's not nerfed (which it probably won't be).
It got a nerf in the blog post a couple months ago to the uber building mechanic but thats not the only problem with the xbow

This is great but at the same time can people just add up for mixchamp so open players can still play pugs. Just because freakpugs is dead doesnt mean we cant play pugs until mixchamp is changed.
