#23 Does tf2 run better/worse on Windows 10? in TF2 General Discussion

When I had Windows 7, it ran over 100 fps (wow), but when I upgraded, now it runs from 30 to 55 fps
My PC Specs:
Intel HD Graphics 3000 Desktop 1366x768
Intel Core i3 370M 2.4GHz
3890MB of RAM left (???)
