After being on a few teams that have failed and seeing the lack of teams that are currently looking I'm going to try and recruit some High Open players to play for a team. Currently we have the Scout Demo and Medic spot filled, with me playing Demo Devon on Scout and Crespi on Medic. The main thing I'm looking for in a player is commitment. Skill level aside, willingness to commit to the team and play every single day is extremely important. I'm not a rager, but at the same time I will call you out if I think you're doing something wrong. My goal is to make playoffs, so I want players on this team that have that on their mind. If we don't i'll cry on stream. I always like to give tryouts a full night of scrims + an additional night of scrim a day or two later, so don't worry if you have a bad tryout once.

We play 9-12 EST Monday - Thursday, don't have a mumble or server, but once we have a dedicated 6 I will definitely buy both those. I also like to take an hour a week just to review some demo's or STV's.
