True blink. But it's more difficult to be the aggro scout because you're forced to take fights and hit shots. The passive scout does do this but hes usually a bit later in the fight and is going to probably have better health and easier targets to hit. Thats why IMO people say aggro scouts are better. But then you have a passive scout like enigma who does so much fucking work in his role it blurrs the lines between the two
