i personally use VTF crosshairs so i didn't even bother trying to add knuck's crosshairs into the hud if thats what you're asking.
if you're asking for the crosshairs i used in the screenshots, heres the dl link to them
also this hud is somehow not dead, its just that haven't had a reason to update it or change it.
