ESEA-LAN funding idea: Help the casters?

If I remember correctly during some stages of i49 the casters jumped into the teams respective mumbles for a minute or two mid-game. Obviously swearing is an issue but that was a really cool thing that I thought was fantastic for people who've never played TF2.
Maybe something like that could make happen?

mghughlaurie4s is like the format where you just dm and have fun shooting stuff at a faster pace, in 6s you gotta actually have strats and team coordination which is why i'm playing 4v4 this season to just shoot things. i don't think it will split the community it's just another format people will play but not take seriously at all. nothing wrong with having different options
if you want to shoot things cant you just pub? there's 12 people to shoot rather than 4.

Was mucking around today with using vtfs, trying things out. Don't really know what I'm doing!
(They're meant to be paint splattery thingies)

Note: Everything is still very messy, a lot of bad alignment/colours/fonts etc. Added some opacity to the splatters. The HUD is also kinda broken in various places.
It looks really bad if your texture quality is set to low, by the way.
Uploading in case you want to see/use the splatter vtfs. Please back up your stuff though!
Also, it's a modified 5MD yAhud (the best HUD!)
