correct me if im wrong but the reasoning for banning the mangler after it being used that one season is that it provides an unfair advantage to those not using it and that until it gets nerfed, it will stay banned. No significant change has been made to the weapon. What is the reasoning behind unbanning it, and if there is any, why did we ban it in the first place?
