plumAlfa pugscrims with MAL (or other top invite players) in the off-season, when technically some teams doesn't exist yet. Then, according to the rules, as long as neither team in the scrim is officially rostered, RGL's hands are tied. MAL KNOWINGLY does this, as I've seen this explanation be a command in tripbwai's chat. They just love bending the rules in their favor I guess.
Maybe the people in MAL can give an explanation as to why alfa is so innocent that he's still a mainstay in their mumble.
