During scrims I got the item drop notification in my face while I was alive multiple times. Normally it should only give you item drops after you die(when respawning). Can anyone explain why it doesn't wait until I'm dead and how to fix it ?

By default, the health and player's name that killed you in the freezecam is in the bottom right, which is often covered up by steam notifications. How do I change the position of them to just above the person's freeze cam playermodel? Also how do I make their weapon they killed me with show up?
