have you tried to sync -freq both in-game and with your monitor?
forced refresh rate for the game and the monitor to adapt: type "-refresh 144" or "-freq 144" into the launch options
if even that does not work I would try to force the game into borderless windowed mode with setting your screen on 144 Hz or lower (with of course changing the "-freq/refresh 144" to the given refresh rate)
lmk if it anything changed or not

A quick question in mind if anyone has some good advices for me: the plan is to build on a proper CPU with 3200Mhz CL16 RAM.
I have to choose between the R5 7600x and the i7-13700k - which one would benefit me the most?
(The gear is: 16 Gbs of DDR4 3200Mhz RAM + an RTX3060 OC (CPU is irrelevant now, but it's a 5900X atm))
